Join us for a Sunday afternoon workshop where you will learn how to mount a Staghorn or Birdsnest fern on a natural cedar plank.

We will demonstrate the technique and then help you do your own mounting.

The workshop fee is $35.00 + HST per person with a maximum of 5 people per session. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER FOR THIS WORKSHOP. We will run it with the Kokedama workshop.

Included in the workshop cost:

You will have a choice of a Staghorn or Birdsnest fern.

We will provide one 8″ x 8″ piece of natural cedar plank.

Peat moss, sheet moss, nails, twine and fishing line will be set at each station.

You must bring your own gloves, a small hammer and a pair of sharp scissors for cutting twine and fishing line.

You must wear a mask to enter the building and participate in the workshop.

We will set up work stations 2 meters apart to maintain correct physical distance.
